What are the delivery times ?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence, but generally you can expect to receive your order within 7-12 business days.

CUSTOMIZED items are created to order and require 4 weeks manufacturing lead time.

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

Payment for orders is made by credit card on our website.

Payment is secure via our partner Shopify Payment

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard credit card as well as payments via ApplePay. Your payment information is secure and confidential.

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Absolutely ! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please see our returns policy for further details.

The item is defective / non-compliant - legal guarantee

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase.

Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, dropping, fire or water damage are not considered faulty. If you have received the goods damaged ("visible defect"), we ask that you report this defect with a photo of the defect and proof of purchase within two days of delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

We process orders as quickly as possible, which means it may be difficult to change them once they have been placed. However, if you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

How to maintain my TOTE BAG
