We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery costs may vary depending on your country of residence and are calculated during the ordering process. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's rules.

Return is possible within 14 days

Have you received your items but they do not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned to us.

Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We strongly advise you to choose a delivery method against signature (without proof of delivery with signature, we will not be able to accept your return).

Refund

No refund will be given if the product has been used after being opened, if the label has been detached, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered or if it has been damaged.

Reimbursement will take place as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the effective recovery of the products by the seller. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

The buyer who wishes to return an item must send an email to contact@the-totebag.com with their request, specifying the order number and the product concerned by the return.

To make their return, the buyer can use the services of La Poste (Colissimo) or the carrier of their choice. We strongly advise you to choose a delivery method against signature (without proof of delivery with signature, we will not be able to accept your return).


To facilitate returns, please use the original packaging and slip the returns form into your package.

What are the delivery times ?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence, but generally you can expect to receive your order within 7-12 business days.

CUSTOMIZED items are created to order and require 4 weeks manufacturing lead time.

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

Payment for orders is made by credit card on our website.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard credit card as well as payments via ApplePay. Your payment information is secure and confidential.

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Absolutely ! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please see our returns policy for further details.

The item is defective / non-compliant - legal guarantee

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase.

Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, dropping, fire or water damage are not considered faulty. If you have received the goods damaged ("visible defect"), we ask that you report this defect with a photo of the defect and proof of purchase within two days of delivery.

How to maintain my TOTE BAG

Just like a pretty handbag, here are our washing recommendations:

1st machine wash separately as dark colors may bleed slightly.
Machine wash at 30°C.

Soft iron.
